Indiana's Schwarber to join CNT This Summer
Sophomore catcher Kyle Schwarber (Middletown, Ohio/Middletown H.S.) has been selected to join USA Baseball's 2013 Collegiate National Team. He will be one of 24 college players to don the Stars and Stripes this summer.

A 'tireless worker,' Hursh leading OSU hurlers
After missing all of 2012 due to Tommy John surgery, Oklahoma State right-hander Jason Hursh entered this season with just 30 collegiate innings under his belt. But by taking a professional approach to his craft, the redshirt sophomore has developed into the Cowboys' ace, sporting a 2.67 ERA in 91 innings.

USA Baseball announced today the coaching staffs for its 2013 national teams. Highlighted by Wright State University head coach, Rob Cooper, who was announced as the field manager of the 18U National Team in January.

TCU sophomore pitcher Brandon Finnegan was been invited to the 2013 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team. He becomes the fifth player in school history to earn a spot on the squad.

Greiner invited to 2013 Collegiate National Team
South Carolina sophomore catcher Grayson Greiner has been invited to the 2013 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team, it was announced on Wednesday afternoon. Greiner was also invited to last year's squad but was unable to participate due to his recovery from a knee injury.

For Rice right-hander Austin Kubitza, the key has always been harnessing the life on his fastball well enough to throw strikes; extreme movement is a double-edged sword. But although he has 37 walks in 67 innings, the junior's biting slider and deceptive delivery have contributed to a 6-2 record and 1.22 ERA through 11 starts.
