Event Travel Registration

We are excited that you will be participating in one of the USA Baseball events in 2013! In order to make your stay comfortable, we have put together a list of hotels that offer the best combinations of price, distance to the playing sites and overall amenities. If you are an individual not participating in one of the tournaments listed below but would like information about discounted hotels, please email travel@usabaseball.com.

Coaches/Team Managers: Below, please select the tournament you will be participating in and follow the Official USA Baseball Booking Tool link to find the list of hotel options available during those dates. If you are interested in setting up a team block for the event, please contact USA Baseball Travel Services at (919) 433-9759 or travel@usabaseball.com.

Individuals/Parents: Below, please select the tournament you will be participating in and follow the Official USA Baseball Booking Tool link to make your hotel reservation. If you are making individual requests, be sure to enter the correct team name and the hotel where your coach has reserved a block of rooms. If you are uncertain about what your team name is for this tournament, please contact your coach.

IMPORTANT: **Please do not contact the hotels directly.** Hotels will not accept reservations unless they are made through USA Baseball. Changes and cancellations will be accepted via the website and USA Baseball Travel Services up to three days prior to the event start date. Hotel placement is made in the order it is received. Your first choice will be assigned IF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE. Based on past requests, most available rooms have two beds. A limited number of one bedroom accommodations may be available upon request however the rate is subject to change.

Please note that the Hilton HHonors discount made available through USA Baseball is incorporated into the hotel prices for the events listed below. Please be sure to continue to book directly through USA Baseball for all USA Baseball hosted events. See below.
